Make sure your selection contains Chinese characters and is under 400 characters. Some pages (like Chrome settings or the Web Store itself) don't allow extensions to run.
The neural voice needs an internet connection. If it's unreachable, the extension falls back to your computer's built-in Mandarin voice automatically.
The free plan includes 5 AI translations per month (pinyin and audio stay unlimited). Subscribe for unlimited translations, or add your own DeepSeek API key in the extension's Options page.
Open the extension's Options page (right-click the extension icon → Options), sign in, and click Manage / cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
